In line with Government’s relentless effort and encouragement to focus on service excellence for both public and private sectors, the Centre for Customer Care (CCC) Malaysia is launching the Customer Service Week for the very first time in Malaysia on 9th September 2006 and the event will be held at the Friendster Cafe & Restaurant Damansara Perdana from 5pm – 7pm. Friendster Coffee is the Main Sponsor for this event.
At this event to launch Customer Service Week in Malaysia, there will be two (2) keynote speakers, namely:

Six Sigma Approach for Process and Systems Improvement for Service Industry – Mr Sri Vadrevu
CCC will be the first establishment to introduce the Customer Service Week celebration in Malaysia and CCC will act as the champion as well as catalyst to encourage organisations to commit One Week out of the entire year to focus on customer service. Provide resources, free advice, event ideas, how-to information, premiums with our Customer Service Week logo and inspiration from the hundreds of customer service professionals who share their celebration stories, ideas and plans. Organisations registered with CCC as a member of the Customer Service Week Group will have the opportunity to network with other organisations with a similar passion for customer service. Within this network, they are able to share ideas, experiences, and may possibly co-organise some customer service programmes together.
